Emma Boxer
Postdoctoral Scholar Fellowship Trainee in Biology and Biological Engineering, Associate, HHMI
Emma earned her Bachelor's degree with Honors in Biology and Psychology from UC Denver and her PhD in Neuroscience from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2022. Her doctoral research centered on sexual dimorphism and synaptic plasticity of stress and reward-related neural circuits. As a postdoc, she is researching the effects of hormones on female social behavior and is supported by a NIH BRAIN Initiative Fellowship. She enjoys trail running, going to concerts, and hosting a bookclub.
